Off Site or On Site?
YOUR PLACE OR OURS?
When weighing the features and benefits of off-site and on-site shredding or data destruction services, there is more to consider than your organization’s bottom line.
Today, there is a greener choice for just about everything. And, the decision is more about your confidence and trust in your service provider — are the right personnel and procedures in place and are you protected from liability if they are not?
There are compelling reasons to choose off-site or on-site shredding, depending on your unique circumstances and needs. The point is... this choice should be yours, not the vendor's. That's why Vangel offers both.
With both off-site or on-site shredding and destruction services, Vangel offers the following:
We analyze your paper flow and work environment to identify the containers that best meet your volume, security and economic needs.
CERTIFICATES OF DESTRUCTION
You are provided with serial number, driver’s name, date, and time of pick up and destruction for each container Vangel removes from your location, the final link in our documented chain-of-custody.
BONDED AND INSURED
Vangel is insured for “Professional Errors and Omissions” and bonded for “employee dishonesty, theft, disappearance and destruction” – coverage that goes beyond industry standards.
Our secure process ensures an unbroken chain of custody. Your data is safe AND our responsibility from beginning to end—from our bonded and insured drivers, to the loading of locked containers into our secure trucks. If using our off-site service, security extends to unloading of the documents at our gated and camera-monitored facility, and finally, their shredding and baling by our industrial equipment.
From the GPS monitors in each of Vangel’s trucks to the security cameras inside and outside our destruction facility, we always know where your documents are.
